무료 횟수는 어떻게 충전되나요?
일반 왁뿌볼은 하루 3회 무료로 깰 수 있습니다. 공을 깰 때 1회가 차감되고, 둘러보거나 새로고침하는 것만으로는 차감되지 않습니다. 횟수를 다 쓰면 광고를 한 번 보고 3회를 충전할 수 있습니다.
구매한 아이템이 안 보여요 / 기기를 바꿨어요
모든 유료 아이템은 한 번 구매하면 계속 소유하는 방식입니다. 같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 뒤 앱 안의 ‘구매 복원’을 눌러주세요. 그래도 복원되지 않으면 위 이메일로 구매 영수증(App Store 결제 내역)을 보내주시면 확인해 드립니다.
광고를 없애고 싶어요
‘광고 제거’를 구매하면 배너와 일반 왁뿌볼 광고가 사라집니다. ‘프리미엄 팩’은 광고 제거와 모든 특수 왁뿌볼이 함께 포함된 상품입니다.
특수 왁뿌볼은 어떻게 쓰나요?
구매하면 무제한으로 사용할 수 있고, 구매하지 않아도 광고를 보고 체험할 수 있습니다. 체험에 필요한 광고 횟수는 상품 가격대에 따라 1~3회입니다.
환불하고 싶어요
인앱 구매 결제와 환불은 Apple이 직접 처리하며 개발자는 결제 수단 정보를 볼 수 없습니다. reportaproblem.apple.com에서 환불을 요청해 주세요.
내 데이터를 삭제하고 싶어요
게임 진행 데이터(무료 횟수, 보유 아이템, 기록 등)는 기기에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.
광고 개인정보 동의를 바꾸고 싶어요
앱 안의 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다. iOS의 추적 허용 여부는 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 추적에서도 바꿀 수 있습니다.

Frequently asked questions
How do free plays work?
You get 3 free plays per day for ordinary wax balls. One play is used when you crack a ball — browsing or refreshing costs nothing. When you run out, you can watch one ad to get 3 more plays.
My purchase is missing / I switched devices
Every paid item is a one-time purchase you keep forever. Sign in with the same Apple Account and tap “Restore Purchases” in the app. If it still doesn’t appear, email us with your App Store receipt and we’ll sort it out.
How do I remove ads?
“Remove Ads” removes the banner and the ads on ordinary wax balls. The “Premium Pack” includes ad removal plus every special wax ball.
How do special wax balls work?
Buying one gives you unlimited use. You can also watch ads to try one without buying — depending on the item’s price tier, that takes 1 to 3 ads.
I’d like a refund
In-app purchases and refunds are handled directly by Apple; the developer never sees your payment details. Please request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I want my data deleted
Your game progress (free plays, owned items, records) is stored only on your device and is never sent to a server. Deleting the app deletes that data too.
I want to change my ad privacy choices
You can change them anytime in the app’s privacy settings. On iOS you can also change tracking permission in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
